Welcome to the Digital Access Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating in the program.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1 To become an affiliate, you must complete the registration form and be approved by Digital Access Team. 1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their website, promotional methods, and content comply with all applicable laws and regulations. 2.2 Affiliates may not use deceptive, misleading, or unethical advertising practices. 2.3 The use of spam, unsolicited emails, or any unauthorized means to promote DigitalAccess.in is strictly prohibited.
3. Commissions & Payments
3.1 Affiliates will earn a commission based on sales generated through their unique affiliate link. 3.2 Commission rates and structures will be defined on the affiliate dashboard and may be updated at any time. 3.3 Payments will be processed on a monthly basis via bank transfer only. 3.4 Minimum payout threshold: Affiliates must reach a minimum earning of Rs.500 before payment is issued.
4. Promotional Guidelines
4.1 Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Digital Access. 4.2 Affiliates are not allowed to bid on Digital Access’s branded keywords in PPC campaigns. 4.3 Affiliates must not engage in false advertising, including misrepresenting Digital Access or its products.
5. Termination & Violations
5.1 We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms. 5.2 If fraud or unethical behavior is detected, commissions may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken. 5.3 Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Digital Access is not responsible for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program. 6.2 We make no guarantees regarding income potential through the affiliate program.
7. Amendments & Changes
7.1 Digital Access reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 7.2 Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India or any of its states.
